Your nose knows it’s made for breathing and the mouth is made for eating. Kids laugh when I remind them of this. Unfortunately, so many people – old and young walk around with an open mouth and use their mouth for breathing. All my gum disease patients and/or tooth decay patients all mouth breathe. Please, close your mouth and use your nose!
