TePe Offers Sustainable Interdental Brushes

TePe now offers consumers the opportunity to make a conscious choice by introducing a more sustainable interdental brush.

Reducing the carbon footprint by 80% – without compromising on product quality, efficiency or design. TePe now offers consumers the opportunity to make a conscious choice by introducing a more sustainable interdental brush.

By replacing fossil raw material with fossil-free pine oils in a mass balance system, the carbon footprint of TePe’s interdental brushes is reduced by 80%. TePe and their raw material suppliers are certified by ISCC to guarantee full traceability of the material and its sources. The TePe range of interdental brushes is developed in collaboration with the dental profession and comprises of nine color-coded sizes for safe and efficient cleaning.

Helping our customers make informed choices without having to compromise on quality or functionality is key in our journey towards a more sustainable range,” says Helena Ossmer Thedius, Innovation and Marketing director at TePe.

All TePe’s production takes place at the manufacturing plant in Malmö, Sweden, by use of 100% renewable energy. Part of it comes from the company’s own rooftop solar power facility. TePe aims to conduct their work in accordance with the UN Sustainable Development Goals of Agenda 2030. All actions matter, therefore TePe encourages all users to dispose of products and packaging responsibly.
