California Scraps Healthcare Mask Mandate

On April 3, California will no longer require patients, visitors, and clinicians who are not performing clinical treatment to mask up in healthcare settings, including dental practices, across the state. It also let its COVID-19 state of emergency expire on February 28. However, medical professionals, including oral health professionals, must still wear a mask when providing clinical treatment.
