  • 73-year-old female
  • Healthy
  • Extensive dental work in the past, numerous restorations, hx of trigeminal neuralgia controlled by oxcarbazepine
  • CC: I feel I broke a tooth on the lower right, and it is very irritating to my tongue and cheek.
