Public health officials had hoped to avoid high hospitalization rates even with low vaccination numbers, as many of the unvaccinated are young and healthy.

The New York State Dental Association (NYSDA) is expanding its Dental Demonstration Project (DDP) program to the Columbia University College of Dental Medicine, a move made possible with support from State Senator Timothy Kennedy (D-Buffalo). The DDP is a state-funded initiative that was launched by NYSDA in 2015 to benefit underserved communities across the state.

I thought it would be easy, the older one was easy to teach but not this boy, he is scared. His grip on the wheel like glue, his eyes darting all over the place, slowing and speeding up as an unsteady foot rises and falls on the gas pedal, with time this will ease, he’s only just begun. I worried about teaching him, not being the best driver myself, especially parallel parking, that was never my thing!
