A judge recently ruled that the dental assistant is eligible for unemployment benefits because she had good reason to resign from her position. The assistant testified that she brought up concerns about the safety of the dental unit waterlines as well as problems with the building’s maintenance, which was so poor that mold was growing on the walls.
