As of this writing, it is safe to have the Covid-19 vaccine within a few days of having a dental implant. The Pfizer or Moderna vaccine should not have any affect on the tooth implant or bone graft procedure. Although there is no proof to this statement at this time, my dental colleagues and I have seen no dental reactions or complications to the covid vaccine.
