A large-scale study of more than 1 million participants shows the risk of long-haul COVID-19, or the persistence of symptoms after the infection has resolved, is drastically reduced among those fully vaccinated. The British study, published in Lancet Infectious Diseases , also demonstrates that, among the vaccinated, the likelihood of getting COVID-19 is rare.
