Happy Holiday from Logic Tech Corp!

We know 2020 has been easy for many, which is why this holiday season we were determined to support our local community where it’s most needed. After entering the COVID-19 pandemic, food bank use has increased significantly and are in need of our support more than ever.

We made a donation to the Daily Bread Food Bank, one of Canada’s largest food banks, in hopes to support their critical role this holiday season.

As we look back upon this restless year, we are especially thankful for our partnership with you. Here are some amazing milestones we reached together:

  • We have collectively sent a record breaking number of SMS each month! We used to average 10,000 texts/month but now we are up to 30,000+ texts/month!
  • The response to using COVIDform has been phenomenal. We started with sending close to 500 forms each month to thousands!

This unexpected volume had caused interruptions to our services and we thank you for the patience and understanding you showed us. To handle this increase in volume, we are upgrading our infrastructure over the holiday break to bring you even faster and more reliable service.

We are excited for the new year as there will be new features/modules coming! Here’s a sneak peek of what to look forward to:

  1. EDI attachments – this new feature will allow you to send confidential patient documents in a secure and compliant fashion.
  2. Intellidoctor – this new module gives you secure, remote access your appointment book anywhere. anytime, on any device.

Once again, we would like to express our sincerest appreciation for the trust you have placed in us and we hope to continue building our relationship with you in the coming year!

May your days be filled with peace, hope, and joy this holiday season.
Sincerely,
The Logic Tech Team
