The United States Centers for Disease Control and Prevention released data showing that those who have received a COVID-19 booster shot are 97 times less likely to die from COVID-19 than those who are unvaccinated. Individuals who completed the two-shot COVID-19 vaccine series but did not get a booster shot are 14 times less likely to die from COVID-19 than those who remain unvaccinated.
