Dr. Claudia C. Cotca has been appointed as the Advisor Chair of the Advanced Technology Academic Research Center (ATARC) on Digital AI & Data Analytics Warfighter Health: Leveraging AI for Improved Healthcare Delivery. Alongside leadership, military health experts, stakeholders, and program officers, Dr. Cotca will support and contribute to the scope and mission of ATARC’s Warfighter Health, incorporating responsible artificial intelligence in military medicine. With decades of expertise in clinical protocol customization, global healthcare analysis, and innovation, as well as treatment implementation in the private and public health sectors, Dr. Claudia C. Cotca brings valuable knowledge to the platform.

Dr. Claudia C. Cotca’s background also includes extensive experience in oro-systemic physiologics through proprietary analytical processes. This expertise, combined with the implementation of proprietary techniques of biotechnology medical devices, distinguishes her work through intrinsic quality and superior clinical outcomes of therapeutic solutions.

This Working Group aims to create an open forum for military health stakeholders, program offices, academia, and relevant organizations to discuss various aspects related to leveraging AI technologies in their field. About Dr. Claudia C. Cotca

Professor Claudia C. Cotca, DDS, MPH, a three-time graduate of the University of Michigan, holds a BSc degree in Chemistry and Cellular Molecular Biology (’97), an MPH degree in Toxicology and Environmental Health Sciences (’00), and a Doctor of Dental Surgery (’04). She is an internationally recognized lecturer and serves as a USA Delegate expert with organizations such as the American Dental Association – Standards Committee Dental Products ADA-SCDP, the Association for the Advancement of Medical Instrumentation AAMI, the American National Standards Institute ANSI, the International Standardization Organization ISO, the International Electrotechnical Commission IEC, and the Association of Federal and Drug Officials AFDO.

Her expertise lies in aesthetic oral systemic dentistry, therapeutics, biodigitization, and toxicology. Dr. Claudia C. Cotca is the Founder and CEO of various ventures, including the Washington Institute For Dentistry & Laser. She practices and consults globally in private and public health, with a track record of innovation in clinical protocols, medical devices, global laser technology clinical applications, and healthcare commodity technology transfer.

Dr. Claudia C. Cotca holds various fellowships in the USA and international honorary societies, serves as the Program Chair of IADR/AADOCR Pharmacology/Therapeutics/Toxicology Group, and is an editor for various scientific journals. Additionally, she is a healthcare analyst in the USA model and global health sector intelligence, specializing in healthcare policy.

Dr. Claudia C. Cotca has served as an expert witness before the US Congress and White House. She holds the appointment of Professor at Liberty University, School of Health Sciences.
