  5. Practice good oral hygiene: Brushing and flossing regularly can help reduce the risk of developing ulcers.
  6. Manage stress: Stress is one of the most common triggers for ulcers, so managing it can go a long way in reducing their frequency and severity. Try activities such as meditation, yoga or deep breathing to help manage your stress levels.
