A research team led by scientists from Single-Cell Center, Qingdao Institute of BioEnergy and Bioprocess Technology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Procter & Gamble Company (P&G) determined 24-72 hours of the cessation of oral hygiene results in a decrease in favorable oral bacteria and anti-inflammatory chemicals.
