Amid rising COVID-19 cases across the United States, the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is revising its mask guidelines for vaccinated Americans. Initially, the CDC recommended that only nonvaccinated individuals needed to wear masks indoors, while those who were fully vaccinated could go without.

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has stated that an Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) for a Covid-19 vaccine safe to administer to children under 12 may be available midwinter of 2021-2022. As you might know, the current recommendations are for children 12 and over. At some point the vaccination will gain full approval.
